Quest problem

I started playing about a week ago and im already level 19, i play as a tideborn psychic and i started a quest to increase my cultivation level so i can learn new skills.. the quest requires me to obtain one "Hidden Celestial Sprite" but when i got it, i was disconnected from the server. when i logged back in, i had the quest item in my inventory but it says in my quest log that i still need to get one and there is no marker over the Meditating Shaman. can someone help me out please?

    that culti quest askes 2 spirits to gather. 1 is from a flower and other is from killing a mob. make sure u have done both steps...

    Not sure if they changed it for the tideborn, but the other races all have 2 celestial sprites to collect.

    On the off chance that tideborn has only 1, are you able to trash the quest and get it again?

    it only says i need one sprite from an ebony hellduke and no i cannot trash the quest

    b:chuckle u need 2 celestials sprite: first u get after u talk to an NPC and kill a moob and the second one is a flower what u need to take it...i did that quest last week b:victory

    Kill some more of those hell whatever mobs and if still that freakin number don't change re-log. if still a no send a ticket

    oh i see... ok well i did it thanks for the help... turns out i didnt read it too well. i thought it said captured not hidden
