Is that Attacks per Second? That attack speed does not exist.

    How did you get 2.94?

2.22 aps is base so you would be rounded down to 2.86 :)

Well 2.22 would not round down to 2.86 lol it would be impossible. Instead what I did was Take the gear he mentioned (decides/interval cape/tt90 HA) and found what the base would have been which was (wait for it...........) 2.22 base attack speed. And in turn 2.22 Base attack speed would demon spark at 2.86 aps.

The reason is the game doesn't actually use attacks/second, it uses seconds/attack (how long it takes to do one attack). The sec/atk rate is what you -int affects and you can get it by dividing 1 by your aps. So fists are 1/1.43aps = .7 sec/atk. If you have -.25 interval you attack at .7-.25=.45 sec/atk. To get this back to aps you divide 1 by sec/atk. .45/1=2.22 aps.

What Suicide was talking about is a triple spark bonus takes the sec/atk rate and reduces it by 25%, so .45 x 75% = .3375 which is rounded down to the nearest .05 benchmark of .35. 1/.35 = 2.86 aps (only ~ 23% speed increase)

People tend to think in terms of attack interval, not attack speed. Since attack interval is the mathematical reciprocal of attack speed, rounding up in speed means you are rounding down in interval. Or something like that.

That was the answer I was looking for, thanks.
