Grinding Guide?

Hi
I'm looking for a guide and/or advice on grinding. One that shows where to go during which lvls. I play an axe/fist BM build at lvl 60 (primarily fist) and i'm looking for a place to grind out money and exp.
I have found Courgaret Driprivers are nice to grind but i can be quickly over whelmed and die easily. Not sure if its the best place for this reason b:sweat
