Ban for a fake bidding on TotalNutz, HeavensTear.

Are you serious? No offence, but realy? You BAN a FAKE BID? A FAKE BID that didnt even happend?

But you ignore high lvl chars, that kill steal all the poor lvl 20-25 on broken bow bluff?
But you ignore mold and mat stealers?
But you ignore scammers?
But you ignore bad-word-users in WC?

TotalNutz is a living HeavensTear legend. I dont know anyone who dont know him.

This is ridiculous.

Unban TotalNutz

or at least, give a response WHY you banned him.

    the whole "fake bidding" banning is run way too anally retentively, IMAO. so long as the faction that bids sends in some group of people to actually fight, that ought to count as real. so what if they don't have any real chance at winning? it's. a. freaking. GAME. and anyway, nobody on heaven's tear has any real chance of taking land from enrage any longer, so what'cha gonna do, ban all territory war out of existence?

    Now I don't know TotalNutz any more than your average HT player, but I do agree that this whole fake bidding policy is just a very poorly thought-out system.

    Now they could just develop a certain requirement to enter TW, maybe a minimum amount of players or collective level in a faction in order to TW. If people don't show up or just fight poorly on purpose (contribution system in TW anyone?) they get a heavy fine in coins, not paying this up would result in a disbanding of the faction.

    But oh no, that would require ACTUAL EFFORT to implement, my god the developers might actually have to use their brains. The poor things.
    Instead they kick back and relax, and have the GM's ban people that don't follow the TW policy.

    Now I'm not saying this system I just thought up in about 3 minutes would solve all our problems, but if they can dump all their resources in developing a major expansion, just a year after the previous one, then they might aswell put a little more thought in (what should be) one of the core components in this game, TW.

    I can't honestly say I care a whole lot about Nutz being unbanned or not (though he does deserve to be unbanned nonetheless), I don't even know him, but I do support his cause.
