unable to connect??

Im new to the game and I was wondering why I can never connect. Possible traffic jam? its 3 am eastern time. that many people playing? When I go to pick server ping and population is blank though.. Would like to know the cause please and thank you :)

    I'm currently having the same problem. However i do think that it's maintence they are doing, as i heard about this not too long ago from my faction. That would also explain why Ping and population are blank, as no one is on there can't be any ping...or something along those lines. I would say wait for a bit and try again at a later time. Don't know how long they do maintince for or how often as I am new as well (Just starting playing, a couple days ago)

    hope this helps yeah they could update website server status aswell would be nice

    Oh my goodness do you know how much frustration you saved me from causing im relatively new as well but I'm getting a good grasp of the game and when I'm finally getting a hang of everything i get logged out and cant come back for several minutes. I started going thru withdrawls looking at screenshots i took lol.

    Just as a note:

    Almost every single Tuesday night into Wednesday, PWI does maintenance on the game lasting from 11:00pm - 1:00am PST (2:00am - 4:00am EST). The game will be unavailable to log into or play until maintenance is completed.

    The forums however are still available, as is the PWI website.

    For future reference, you can check the Forums -> General Discussion forum on Tuesdays to see a notice if Server Maintenance will be at the same time or possibly not be happening at all. If you are in game at the time maintenance begins you will be given a 'Server Shutdown' notice, and kicked off if you don't log out first.
