Yep, still making videos. Though I stand by my word, they're no longer for PWI, which is why this isn't posted in the S&V section.

Link is here if you're interested. Hadn't done anything from Eisbrecher yet, so I figured I'd give them a go.

Oh, and as per the forum rules, try not to discuss the game itself.

    What, no comments? Does it suck that badly? b:sad

    - There is the ability to turn off floating names, but it doesn't seem to carry over to targeted enemies. Likewise, I wasn't able to find an option to kill the "targeting circle" either.
    -There's no "camera mode" available, all shots are either 1st person or fixed-to-character 3rd person. Very frustrating at times, and more limiting than I'm accustomed to with PWI.
    -For various reasons, a filming alt is a lot tougher to make. Most importantly though, there's no flight either, so my previous tactic of putting cam-alt into hover and dropping the camera mode down to ground level is just flat-out impossible. Cam-alts are earthbound, and perpetually at the mercy of respawns.

    As always man, you managed to make even something that seems impossible, possible and prove to all that anything can be made into film gold :)

    Loved the whole thing, and I gotta say the graphics of that place look damn well awesome :)!

    As for the bow... meh, couldn't come up with any decent shots for it.

    I've also discovered the joys of 3D Ripper recently (it doesn't function on PWI very well, so don't bother). Going to see if I can port some areas + characters into Max and maybe animate my own scenes. Something of a work-around for the lack of good camera tools :)

    Someone on another forum pointed out the number of dislikes - which has grown a little bit even since then. I don't particularly care, it's only petty **** ripped from Facebook, but I'd like to pose a question for anyone reading. Y'know, just for the fun of it.

    Not only is it the "least-liked" video of any I've done, but statistically it's by far the most-hated, comparing number of views, comments, and "Likes" vs "Dislikes"
    Do you think this is because:
    -They dislike the game in question
    -They dislike me (/sadface)
    -They dislike German rock (or Eisbrecher in particular)
    -It's a genuinely bad video
    -It's a protest because I stopped doing PWI vids.
    -They didn't have the attention span to watch the first minute and got bored.
    ->Corollary: they are dumb.

    Dunno, thought it'd be entertaining as a discussion point. b:quiet

    Even if people don't like the music (I'm not really a fan of it I gotta say :x ) it does fit the vid... So I don't think it would be a reason to dislike... ._."

    If they don't like the game.. well.. it's not about the game.. .-. just filmed in it...

    The vid defenitely isn't bad.

    It's a crying shame you stopped doing pwi-vids but I don't think it's a good way to protest by disliking other vids b:chuckle

    oh and on a side note.. yes, everybody. 2 friends here that never played pwi can laugh just as hard about the vids you made in pwi :3

    Anyways...watched the vid and...I don't really like it...might be just 'cause it's not the type of video I like to watch, not sure...or 'cause it's a (imo bad) german song...& it's too slow to present a game...missin' a real story in the vid anyways...
    All in all the video (+ music) is...nothin' special...
    Ah well...didn't "dislike" it (yet), 'cause I'm not sure if it's just my own opinion or an objective one.
