Lvl 99 Bow and Fist build

Hi , i would like to ask for some help with my archer's build for lvl 99 .
I'm a completely noob when it comes to all this interval and endgame gear so any changes, tips and help are 100% welcome.

I don't really want to change the pure dex build , cause 1) i am not interested for PVP at all
2) and the fist build is sth i do cause high lvl squads benefit from it and i heard u can achieve a pleasing attack rate without the need of STR distribution.

Edit : i haven't activated any single buffs or demon spark , so it may help people if they wish to modify the builds

    1.) I notice that in your fist build, you have 152 STR in total. So why not go for deicides for a faster attack rate?

    2.) I took a different approach to my archer build. I got myself a DEX+15 (for Bow) and STR+15 (for Fist) tome which I shift between. Perhaps that would let u use crit rings instead of band of heaven and jail.....unless there are cash issues.

    3.) If youre not interested in pvp, I would invest the money of HS + Ashura Armour into getting rank 8 and acquiring the Bow, Armour and Shinguards of Demon Hunter. The rank8 bow hits much much harder than a heaven shatterer. The only reason people preferred HS previously is because of the purge effect which would be useful in pvp.

    For PVE i would prefer more crit and damage to purge, except against a few bosses (venos do this much better than waiting for your bow to purge the buffs).

    My Opinion: weak it in such a way that you have just enough STR for your claws (146 -> Deicides) /fists (135 -> Gorenox Vanity) and any str dependant equipment you wanna use and pump the rest into DEX.

    I guess other clawchers and serious endgame archers would have more to tell :).

    Deicides would be a cash issue but i will take it into consideration.

    I suppose 2 of those tomes wouldnt be that difficult to make , not bad idea.

    i have considered Rank 8 as well , the only problem i had ( sounds stupid lol ) is that i just didnt like that bow , heaven shatterer was always a favourite of mine , but rank 8 chest isnt bad ( just checked it ) , ill try to see what i can do for this .

    The Rank bow would still be better in PK because it kills much faster. HS is for Barraging barbs in TW. Aoe purge is win.

    the 152 str is because gorenox gives 15 str, still you could remove 2 points of str, rank 8 bow would be better than HS if you dont plan to pk, a lot more dmg for pve, also if you have rank 8 armor you would be 5 aps using gorenox.
    also why not geting warsoul of earth in the place of 2 helmets, also some crit rings because loosing a bit of dex wont take your dmg down that much, and each 1% crit you got is 1% more dmg

    @ Elviron: starting at some reffine point(not sure if is +6 or +7), gorenox is better than deicides, for archers at least

    Well Personally I use the gorenox for the occasional heals and attack boosts but thought the deicides' additional -.05 interval over the GV would help attain a faster attack rate.

    I was not referring to the damage per shot but more on the speed of the two. Having Deicides means you need one less -0.05 interval item/group

    And yea, I didnt think about the additional 15 str from GV when looking at the stats


    As for 1% crit being 1% more damage, that does not seem correct. All it means is that theres 1% additional chance for you to do double damage.

    Depending on your STR gear, eiter Gorenox Vanity for fists or..if you rich and have the STR styff Deicide.
    For Bow Dragonbow: Nameless is the way to go for low-end gear. Best would be to get R8 since it's so cheap, everyone is doing it..

    was my first choice , however i did dropped it at the end . Rank 8 is really nice , but just seeing the huge drop on lunar weapons ( not only for shatterer) and since HS was a favourite of mine ill got for that.

    As for close combat i'll go for gorenox , 2 lunar weapon may be a bit too much for me and my moneymaking abilities xD.

    Ok, when it comes to PVE, ultimately Gorenox Vanity beats Deicides. If you get all the -int gear you can get( and honestly, if you get most of it to make deicides worth using over your bow, you can get the rest with a little hard work/cashshopping) you can go 5 aps with demon spark with either. Having both weapons refined to +12(optional, but i assume if you get -int gear you'll refine things) the base damage difference is around 300-400 per hit. Deicide does have higher damage then, but wait. Gorenox has an ability that boosts your attack damage, which ends up making you hit harder than deicide. Not only that, but it heals you when it procs.

    As for pvp, DPH>DPS(damage per hit > damage per second) Bows definitly excel here, Don't know if anyone knows goons on the Dreamweaver server, but my friend was in Dragon Temple and goons one shotted her for like 30k. Granted she's a psy and had black vodoo on, but still. I wanna see a fist archer oneshot someone. Not gonna happen~~~

    Gorenox vs Deicide, awesome. Everyone should probably KNOW this, but apparently you can find a threadful of exceptions to that.
    I didnt care to read all of it, but i dont think anyone said this: Ashura pants. They're worthless in that build. Stick with tt90 and get lionheart ornaments. You get more -int from those. The cost is about the same(HL).

    For the "cant 1shot with fists aregument" you're a moron. Srsly. Dragoonz is using a Warsoul bow, amirite? Check the possible mods on Reforged Nirvana fists.

    +12 it. Demon spark and hit something. If you proc, it's dead. You dont proc, it's probably still dead. Especially if it's a BV'd psy.

    Also, for all us common mortals who wont be swiping our mother's card to buy a warsoul bow, 1shotting anything in your gear/lvl range is going to be pretty hard. You can hardly count on a zerk crit or demon spark in pvp. (If you can, you're either a lvl 100 archer, or you're sending your pots to cooldown. Or you're playing at pking in hidden orchid.)

    Before you start ranting, I dont count demon sparked Take Aim as pvp. Not even a Mayhem "player" would let that happen to itself. (For all of you not playing on HL, Mayhem defines "player" VERY loosely)

    i will still get gorenox cause simply i have other alts too and i cant get luanr weapons for all , i have my limits.

    As for 12+ things , no that's too much since i dont even PVP.

    My point exactly. Dragoonz can 1shot debuffed psys for 30k because he has a warsoul bow, wich is NOT standard gear.
