[GM or Mod Read This] How Can A Player Have Such A Skinny Body & Big Eyes!?

Hello today at Dreamweaver sever I saw something very unusual few mins ago. At Lost City I saw a Tideborn Class I don't what class but this person she had her character so skinny like a stick I mean serious its true I saw it my very own eyes. I mean you can not do that when you customize your character because you cannot go that skinny. Also her eyes were very big and I mean very big. So I ask her how she did that on her character, she said her sister design her Tideborn to look it that why which is impossible. I was unable to take a picture because she log off quickly and I couldn't take a shot of it because I think that is like glitching/hacking idk what but yeah. Her name on Dreamweaver Sever is ~edited~. GM or Mod could tell me how she did that because that is impossible to do when you customize your character on PW. Also she had a Untammed player same sever name is ~edited~ that was weird how she design her barbarian with hair on it b:shocked
