copper or silver dragon order

I mostly get copper dragon orders from DQ41. Your chances for silver (and eventually gold) dragon orders goes up with their level. I think you need DQ71 for really good chances for silver dragon orders.

where can you find those items?

I really think you need to read the "PWI Community Forums: Rules of Conduct v1.0 - read meh!" thread, where it says:

Necromancy: Any thread over one month (30 days) old is considered to be a dead thread. Posting in a dead (necro) thread will cause it to be locked. Repeated posting of dead threads can result in a ban from forums/game.

Alerting people to the fact that they're necroing a thread isn't "discourteous", it's an notice that they should be careful of violating forum rules. Rather than get upset by that, you should appreciate that they're trying to warn people of this potentially bannable offense.

Your comment, was not only a necro, it was totally off topic. New comments should be in new threads, so you were also:

Hijacking: Taking control of another person's post to forward your own agenda will result in having your posts removed from that thread. Repeated hijackings can result in a ban from the forums/game.

Please take this response not as "arrogant discourtesy", but as a polite warning.

Again, you really should read the thread I linked to above. Heck, anyone who hasn't read it in a while should read it too.

Rules or not. u dont make rules on information. it isn't yours to make rules about. Its GIVIN to you, from Us as a matter of fact. that being said, information does NOT get old espetially when you need it. might wanna change the Rules they made. they dont sound very resonable on that respect. thats what a forumn is for to look up old posts for information. its been like that for years, forumns would never have been here if it wasnt for NewsGroups in the past. <wich never got erased, Locked, or people calling it NECRO or old becuase of that fact.>

and another obvious that gets thrown out is you wouldnt post a new topic for 1 awnser even if it goes off topic. you know aswell as i do thats NOT how he meant it. thats not how they ever mean it. it was very discourteous i see it everyday and i know you do too. please dont make it seem like what it really isnt. it was plainly sarcasm when he called it necroed. becuase if he was a nice guy helpin the other guy, tellin him it was old and not to write in it, hed clear that up more and say that. and the reply YOU replyed to would never have been posted in the first place. becuase it wouldnt have been a sarcastic remark to reply to period.

its all common sence. it always is. but its the common sence that always gets thrown out becuase of the job your in.

good example i KNOW everyones been threw.... your in the courthouse and u know you didnt do anything to get a speeding ticket <absolutly nothing> but you still cant leave scott free even if found innocent. goto go by the rules right? common sence dont tellem the radar wasnt configured correctly that morning but they find out later when they test it, too late infact. but didnt happen before court tho so by the book your a lyer. but courts dun. you paid the fine.. common sence says guy should get his fine money back. but you think that happens. never. one day common sence will come into play. when everyone stops reading rules so closley maybe. <cough>
