Still haven't gotten my outfit

I was logged in for well over 10 hours during the holiday event, and I still haven't received the outfit that was promised for the event. :( How can I go about getting said outfit?

    1:i dont even think i was on for the total 10hours but i got it :D

    2:its not all that great to me especially considering i bought cash fashion the day i got it :)

    3:if u didnt get it u probrably werent on long enough, and since the event was for "loyal players" i dont think they will give it out again

    same here swift. raised another ticket on Friday (as we were instructed to do from the previous week) which has been promptly ignored by the support staff. I was on for over 19 hours in a single session during the event (left the machine logged in overnight just to be double sure - no disconnects)

    Also pm'd Frankie asking for an official update on the position with the fashion as everything was again supposed to be sent out by Friday 14th. No reply as yet. Shame.

    Wether the fashion is great or not, or is random luminous green or not - the fact is there are players who met PWEs criteria who still have to get their fashion. It is the principal of the thing - loyalty works both ways. You treat customers like badly, you end up with customers treating you badly (hence all the game is dead rage)

    So basically, you only get the outfit if you're a hardcore loyal fan? That's stupid... they should have mentioned that when they offered it. *sulk*

    raise a support ticket. I have a feeling they have still messed up sending out gifts if they are basing it on the same data that feeds core connect (which is still full of inaccuracies)
