Being humans we all make mistakes. But the funniest moments always tend to be those times when we just have to go... "Wow did I really just do that?"

Post your stories and adventures of mishaps, and just stupid things u have done and just laugh at ur self for being so braindead about.

my first story is about my bm.
lvl 63 bm at the time in an bh 51. vit fist build 3.8k hp. totally overpowered for his lvl. you know the works. so i im fully buffed and ready and i decied to run off and go run into a group of what, at the time, i believed to be phsyical mobs... with alter phsyical on. that ended fast.

just yesterday in TW i see a veno bramble hood, being the smart person i am i use invoke, or well i tried to, actually ended up pressing demon spark and well. yeah...

on the bright side it was the only time i died that TW b:surrender
Killing level 80's with a lvl 60 is a lot more fun than killing level 90's with a level 100.

    my most epic fail moment, tryin to deposit 20mil coin into gold trading in AH, droped the coin instead, pick up option didnt go through so, bye bye 20mil b:cry
    full 3r9 +11/12 (still using immac shards though) w/o CSing, leveled to 105 spaming pv, yes i have no life =D

    Recently? Uh....

    Probably the time I was in Secret Passage. I had just killed a redname or other, stealthed and then killed another. I was stuck "in combat" and had a lower level sin running at me. I hit Maze Steps. Well, tried to. Instead I hit Shadow Jump and got instantly HeadHunted and APSd to death.

    I was at Pet Admin., and my friend was going to vend my baby tiger (the cute gray/black one) the orange tiger mount and 1 set of fashion. I was very VERY sleepy... and just got done getting the NPC to unequip the tiger mount.

    So... I guess I started dozing off and ... thought... I clicked Trade ... moved the items over.. clicked OK.. but.. THEN I realized what I did..

    I NPCed them.

    Yeah I told him.. uh... changed my mind :)

    This was like a week ago.

    Went to a tele shop advertising 9.9k, and to my horror it was 99kb:laugh. Yep, I bought it and used it saying "LFS FF99+ take me, this tele was expensive".b:surrender

    All of my epic fails happen in real life.

    It's either because I'm a dork, or because I'm still at the easy levels.

    Everyday in game, because I just came back from not playing for a year and apparently forgot everything.

    I played pretty much solo when I did last play so, I ask the stupidest questions ever since I joined a faction.

    A sin attacked me failed to kill me and force stealthed at silver pool, So i used sirens kiss on a mob and it killed him. But it also knocked 12 sins out of stealth who all attacked me. I so wish i was frapsing that moment b:surrender

    Not really my epic fail moment, but a fail nonetheless.

    Apparently I said something in WC that didn't sit well with some people, because one of my friends that I was PMing (he happened to be on his TW faction character at the time) sent me a message...the conversation went something like this:

    Friend: Dude...my faction just put you on its KOS list.

    Me: Seriously? But I'm never in PK mode...

    Me WCing: So now you guys put me on your KOS list?

    Me WCing: You realize that I am never in PK mode right?

    Them WCing: *some sort of smart remark* (sorry, doesn't matter to the story other than that they responded)

    Me WCing: Good luck trying to PK an uber-carebear!


    And it's true...the last time I was in PK mode was in my 50s (85 now), and that was because some jerk barb was picking on my friend who was in PK mode...was a fun fight! xD

    First time I ever went into PK mode I forgot to edit my PK protections. Instead of healing myself I healed the person I was trying to kill.

    I was attempting to pull Ofotis for my FB59... And I fell in the darn hole and he killed me. After the squad killed his adds, and pulled HIM out, the cleric rezzed me, and I started rubberbanding, and coudln't get out. >_< I had to relog, and then we killed him and I forgot to tab. They were all pissed... I ended up wining it so we could do Ofo again... Though we did all 5 after I wined it that time, and I let the squad decide who got the mold that dropped, because I had no use for it. XD

    I can't really recall when I had my absolute noob moment when it comes to pve.

    I have had plenty when it comes to pvp, but none that I care to remember at the moment, but lets just say I suck at pvp.

    I did once sell a sky demon pearl to a scammer name mr. Blacksmith in hell once. QQ (It was the npc named blacksmith) I have sold other molds to the npc, but this was back when they were still 2m ea... and that was a lot to me back then before I realized how awesome 5.0 is. =x

    way back when i was a noob everyone kept talking bout how arch has a west tele, finally i asked where it was to the person next to me, it was about 5 feet behind me =/, every around in common chat got a really good laugh b:sad

    It's late here and i'm sleepy so i'll name the ones i can think of...

    Back when my cleric was just a baby alt and questing near the mines I decided to try to buy rough fur, and what better place to do it then the house right by the mobs! some smart **** pulled the boss over (yansheng?) to me and he aoe'd me to death :C


    My rl boyfriend and I play this game together so one day we were helping some friends with an FC (my friend- he was just along for the ride to pewpew) and everyone in squad had a name that started with "T" I being the idiot I am went to whisper my boyfriend some smart *** pervy remark that honestly wasn't any worse than what the others were saying in squad >_> turns out I accidently whispered the barb, and had to explain what happened to the entire squad since the barb typed "LOL TEARLE! THATS HAWT!" in squad chat.

    yaaaay fails.

    Back when packs first came out, I sold Heavenrage boots in catshop for 120k when I meant to sell for 120m. I was really really tired.

    And here's the kicker: the boots were a friend's who had asked me to help sell them.

    When I told him the next morning, he thought I was joking because who leaves out 3 zeros by accident?

    Hm...as a human I'm not perfect but cant really recall a nice fail...

    Only one i find worth mentioning is this: I was doing FB51 on one of my many alts (archer in Dreamweaver i believe), a friend was exploring some area near Rankar's walking path in search of some mobs i was needing...and out of curiosity i decide to follow him closely, thinking he wanted to gather them to AOE kill them. Everything was fun till he decides to run back with half the world on him...and part of it started aiming at me xD luckily i didn't die too far from the rest of the team so...yeah xD

    Any other fails happen to me when i decide to bite more than what i can handle, thinking ill survive x3

    Last week in tw, we were attacking a strong rival faction.

    We had 6 to 4 cata advantage facing about even power. So we started tw sending everyone down the left lane, going to bank on our 50% extra structural damage Kind of like an all or nothing.

    The gist of it is i moved my cata out of position at one point, so instead of a 10 minute win... it was a 2 hour and 55 minute win. I think my mistake wasted 500mil+ in charms and apoth. I watched the video and noticed this, my cata was lost amongst the 6 and was a hair out of position. Yeah that was my epic fail.

    Oh boy, a trip down memory lane eh...

    In no particular order:

    This story happened on my barb, ohhh, about 1.5 years ago. I was around lvl 80 I'd say, I was in a TT run with some other similarly-levelled players. Before the run started I dueled the bm to gain chi. Throughout the run I was slightly confused as to why my skills weren't hitting very hard, but managed to shrug it off; I had aggro, everythings good! So at the end of the run, I stood up to rebuff everybody... click.. click... click? *Looks closer... shakes head... looks again... .... facepalm* My weapon had been unequipped the entire run! Tiger form skills require no weapon >.<; My only saving grace is my squad didn't realize it either, lol.

    Incidentally, a similar story played out on my cleric one time, where the heals were *not quite as strong as normal* during a bh51 run. Again, took a better part of the run to realize what was going on... good stuff...

    Afking on world quest and forgetting to uncheck the 'drop down' box for the chinese npc near Village of Naught, and having the rabbits kill me...

    Porting into bh69 on my assassin then running into a group of mobs and dying because I forgot to stealth first...

    Crossing the clapping hands/one hit running mobs room in Cube of Fate (38 I think) and forgetting to take the quest.... (and then dying when I tried to get back to the other side lol)...

    Carefully wording out a 'WTS xxxxxx' message for world chat, pressing enter, and realizing I have no teles...

    While on my cleric, pressing 'escape' key to unselect from a person, and dropping BB instead...


    ~Just a sampling of some of the facepalm-worthy moments I've had. Give me another hour and I could probably triple the length of this list~

    One of the epic fail PvP moments was when someone was talking how he had spam killed me before (we were kinda friends already when this happened) and then I said "yeah you used to be like <insert one cleric from one of the top factions>." People said LOL and ROFL etc. in chat and I asked what's so funny. They told me to turn around... He was standing right next to me. b:chuckle

    Once I started a FCC squad and then in the middle of the run remembered that I forgot my MP food. I don't think I have made worse mistakes than that, at least I can't remember any.

    Try... using armageddon on Wave 6 while debuffed from bosses AoE and you already have all the aggro and arent turtled or charmed b:surrenderb:cry

    My most epic fail would be the one i am still feeling really crappy about was a few weeks ago in cube.

    In my wee early hours of the morning i run into cube and all goes fairly easy until i reach 100 second stand.
    Apparently i had joined right after a sin had and she had all the mobs on her.
    i wanted to be helpfull and as she ran towards the corner i tried killing the mobs to get them off her.
    only thing i forgot was that using noxious gas wasn't such a good idea.
    mobs were gone but so was she ...

    if that was you reading this, I'm SORRRY ! D:...
    I was still waking up ?

    -edit: Forgot to mention, my fails always happen in cube these days.

    Have a listen EX. as a veno you got it easy trying to figure out how to go by sending your pet in.
    somehow i sometimes too late press halt and the pet attacks the mobs...

    I usually tell the people waiting to run like hell and pull it away from them and TRY to holy path towards the NPC ... Suffice to say... 9 out of 10 times not even holy path beats the cube monsters XD
    Ah well... at least the others get through and i have fun dieing... still feel pretty dumb tho..

    On Cleric, babbling with a friend on Skype while questing: *tab+macro = mob dead, tab+macro = mob dead, tab+macro = me dead* Oops. Hello there, Harpy Wraith.

    On Cleric, #2: "I can tank Torga! *flex* ....I think." ( mini-boss by Immolation Camp who has really crappy HP but a massive damage-dealing debuff ). Turns out, I can tank Torga, and successfully did so for two friends. So the next time I fly over there, there's a BM public chatting for help with that mini-boss, and remembering my earlier moment of CLERICS RULE LOL, I offer to help. And forget to purify the debuff off of me, and die in 2 hits.

    On Veno: teleporting into Cube while being brambled, rotating screen and accidentally clicking on someone while still in the no-safe zone corner, injuring about 4 people who were also in the corner. I WCed an apology right after.

    On BM, in BH69: we're talking about armor and sharding while waiting for someone to get back from turning Pyro in, and the cleric asks to see my armor ( I usually wear fashion ), so I'm all :D "Sure! I just got done sharding it today." Click the button and stand there in my brown/white I'mnotactuallywearinganyarmor-armor. I'd forgotten to put my armor back on after sharding.

    Some newbie r9 veno pked me airtoground(lawl) but still 2 shot me because full r9 is brokenb:surrender

    Most recent: In cube of fate, had a fairly easy run for once, got to room 49 fairly quickly. Took the quest and started killing mobs when a BM comes in, takes it as well and starts hitting. I tell him he ruined the exp for both of us and that he should of waited. Still wanting the exp, I trash the quest thinking I can just start it over again when the mobs respawn. I end up back in the start room screaming "Nuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu" From there hit every 100second room, bomb to choice to wait, back to choice back to wait..... never did finish the run againb:angry

    Not to long ago, was running twilight temple and got clapped right before a boss. That fail wasn't epic enough, so as everyone was rebuffing me, I go to apply self buffs forget that I had the wrong bar up, attack the boss and get the squad wiped b:shocked Spent the next sixty second apologizing profusely as the timer counted down after being kicked from squad....

    set up a shop in the cube buying mirages at 100k
    (a friend of mine told me to remove it so i didnt buy anything xd)

    npc'ed a lvl 91 arcane hat with 3x94pdef, 3sockets +3

    reached room 50 then went to see a utube vid. while i was watching i remembered that i had a bomb o: managed to get the reward and defused it though.

    casted non-sage sov to some barbs

    casted sov/sos to the opponent in a duel

    died in fb19 at lvl101 (i lured all the mobs to try my stone smasher and they kept interrupting me)

    Was tanking 2-3 Fataliqua a few levels back with herc when I decided that I had enough time between heals to toss in a sage soul degen. I was wrong. Apologized profusely to the rest of the party as I alted and brought my cleric in to fix the damage (luckily they were all faction and know I am crazy at times).

    Did one of the really long pulls of mobs in FF with my barb, down the long hall and then into the boss room, forgetting to first check that I had two sparks for invoke. Turns out I only had one. Crab meat, genie heal, and crossing my fingers wasn't quite enough unfortunately.

    Bought teles from a shop advertising at 9.4k when they were selling at 94k. I noticed at the last minute but accidentally clicked confirm instead of cancel. Luckily it was only two, but those were some very expensive advertisements.

    One time when I was at west gate on my psychic...I was getting bored so I was gonna fly away, but instead of hitting my fly button, I hit triple spark .__.
    ..they're right next to each other. probably not the best placement but yea

    apparently some of the people that were around me were like
    HOLYCRAPTRIPLESPARK

    and then I died.

    only other fail moment I can really think of right now is when I was in Frost, at the boss in the big room, I was like.. I think I'll just macro this boss and alttab and do sometin else....

    when I tabbed back in, apparently my macro stopped like, right after I started it..

    Finally started running the cube on cleric and realized how much easier 100 second stand rooms are on it instead of veno. Got room 47 and waited to see if my squad member would get it, which he did. An archer came in the room and so me being ohsopro cleric tell him to wait for me to get in then port in and I'll keep us all alive. I stack IH, go in, HP to corner, start killing mobs, see him come in, start healing him...and totally forget I have to heal myself. Ended up dying, archer died, I felt horrible. b:cry
