DHara, Level 3 Faction-Lost City

Hello all,
DHara is a brand new level 3 faction on the Lost City server.
DHara is a non-RPK, TT,BH, Questing, and Frost Faction.
We are recruiting all levels currently, but level 30+ is preferred.

Requirements are:
1. Be Active! I cannot stress this enough. I would rather have a faction with 10 really active members, than a faction with 200 members who maybe get on once a week.

    You see, We're just smart enough to know, if I and my leader start going around killing people, we'll soon be on every K.o.s known to man,elf, fish,and untamed. xD

    That is such a lie. I kos rpk the server all day and have no problem being pked. But then again, the only real threat to me is 100 r8-9 sins.
