Can't claim my reward!

I have a problem claiming my rewards. Hope someone / GM can help.

I have 17400 points from the event "Zen charge rewards" last month. I can get a white or black tiger, since they only cost 15000 points.

I went to the reward page. It says "Welcome to PWI Rewards Program. Simply select your server and character, then click on the Get Prize button under an image below to have that prize sent to your in-game mail of the character you selected."

So I selected my server and character, but when I clicked on the Get Prize button, nothing happened. It's like the button is unclickable. It's solid. I tried the other buttons. Yes, I can click on the other 2 buttons which cost 1000 and 2000 points, but I cannot click on the 2 tigers. I have more than enough points though. Why is it like this? Can anyone help?

    It might be the browser you're using, did you try using others? Also you might want to clear cookies and such, and try again. Otherwise, you may want to send a ticket: http://support.perfectworld.com/

    I used another browser and it worked now.
