Error: You are not authorized to view this Ticket?

Hi,

Every ticket I create now, doesnt show up on ticket list. So when I wrote down the number of my ticket to view it, I get "Error: You are not authorized to view this Ticket "

    Once the GM responds to the ticket, it will be authorized for viewing. While the ticket is sitting in queue before the GM gets it, you'll recieve that error. I apologize for any confusion.

    check you are not blocking cookies - your browser may not be allowing the support page to save them

    I have tried on both browsers, and its the same thing.
    When I initially started to submit tickets there were no issues.
    I am using ie8 and firefox 3.6.

    I dont think the issue is with browsers allthough I can try with google chrome.

    Edit: Just tried with google chrome, same thing. ticket number is 15049-166512.
    It should be there since I am getting a confirmation number!

    Okay I received your second ticket, apparently your first was already received and we've responded with 'need more info.' Make sure to add @perfectworld.com to your whitelist so it won't go to your junk folder.

    Yea, but the issue is that my ticket list under support is empty! I cant get to the ticket to provide more info. Even I open and follow the link from email, I get to ticket section with 0 active tickets, and if I manually type in the ticket # I get You are not authorized to view this Ticket.
