Guild Home Base Issues

When I first read over the idea I was so psyched for it. Sounded awesome and I wanted to participate in it. However, from what people are telling me and I read you have to fight over resources to make it meaning TW.
I don't know about other servers but on Heaven's Tear, Enraged owns EVERYTHING. (Maybe minus one piece of land, but all else is theirs) Because in short, they have an elite group with high requirements.
Now that means everyone else BUT them is SOL and they're going to have all else for themselves making them even more unbeatable.
Now, to beat them to get the resources to get new gear,exp, etc., a new faction may arise of those who were in other helpful factions -- which means now the people who are under lvl 90 can't get any help because all their high levels have left factions and helping people to part take in TW.
I thought the game was about working together and helping people seeing as you can't solo everything, so why are you taking away the people who can help by making them jump over in order to get the good exp, gear, etc.
Here are MY suggestions / thoughts:
1. Everyone should have access to the Guild Home Base and the exp quests, BUT the amount of exp you get depends firstly on the level of your faction (1,2,3) 3 getting the most and 1 getting the least -IF NOT- then have lvl 3 factions be able to do quests but for lower exp then if you have the resources to make "better quests". ((Because this way you don't have all the helpful high levels leaving the lower so that they can get something)) The gear and other goodies, some should be unlocked for certain lvl factions and some should be locked for only those who have the resources that way everyone still gets SOMETHING out of it, even if it's not everything.
2. TW should be changed and allowed at 60. Heres how:
The scheduled times to fight go in rounds now.
Round One: 60-70
Round Two: 70-80
Round Three: 90+
This way more of the people can participate in TW and it makes it more fair to those who are lower, and Enraged would have to let in some lower levels (they can still pick the elite lower levels) but in general do this because then it gives more people a chance to actually do TW. Whoever wins 2/3 of the rounds wins the territory for that week/resources whatever it is.
(Note: I said "allowed at 60" due to the fact a 6x member could never take on a 9x member so they are already "out of the game")
The guild home base thing should be open to everyone and they should get SOME kind of reward for being in a guild even if they do it only for lvl 3 factions quest wise and all that. Would encourage more people to get to a lvl 3 status that way because if they have to do TW that would seriously discourage me from even trying to level a faction if there is no pay off because I know a faction of mine wouldn't be able to do TW (because I like to have helpful factions)

I love this idea its sucks enough that all you get are celestones from TW but enrage has it all so that is like impossible to get now . The TW idea is brilliant then everyone would have a chance to get some land.0

Everyone in guild will have access to the guild base as far as I know. The material war is only 40 vs. 40. Also, guild has to be level 3 in the first place to get a base.
TW as it is does allow level 60s. You're just gonna get flattened though. What they could do for the material wars only is only allow guilds to go up against ones that have the same average level range as they do...but most guilds with guild bases will be 90+ only anyway. Such a system can also be majorly abused.
One thing...have you looked at what you need to get it? Start hitting at least 90 (100 being much better due to BH) and farming or you're gonna be forking over major cash to get one.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

I doubt that the mats to upgrade the guild houses are limited otherwise you wouldn't be able to upgrade by using coins. They probably just put that there so they would get factions to fight each other for no reason.0

from day one when i joined pw i always felt that TW was geared too much towards high level players. and is highly prone to one guild taking advantage. i suggested several things like making everyone's skills set to certain stats based of their class, that way it would require SKILL to win. i also suggested making alliances and the idea of alliances would be great with the base system a group of 5-10 guilds may be able to balance the land issue.
regardless the TW system needs work. even more so if tw will determine who gets to have bases it would suck if only ONE guild can take full benefits of bases.0 -

Forget pwi if thats true.... Only the big strong factions will have one which is lame, i heard the means to the mats to make the epically strong armor and **** you get from the bases you need to do a 40 vs 40 faction war, and the faction that wins gets the mats. In this case why would you need to pay so much for it? Its not good for anything but the faction clothes, faction quests and the armor... pretty dumb ay?0

From what I read it was you had to fight for the mats once in guild base for the rooms?? I did see the other, though 300m spread out over 200 players is 1.5m each which isn't much for high level classes or cash shoppers. I do recall it needing to be lvl 3 which I find perfectly fine, due to then you know theyre in it to spend seeing as theyve raised the money to lvl it to 3 in the first place. That and it prevents little factions from infecting like a virus like crazy.
Main reason I wanted territory to be lower is because I'd like to participate and try it ... and actually stand a chance. I know some other factions do TW for fun even though they don't stand a chance against enrage. And that way you could keep SOME lower levels with the higher so the lowers can get help without having to world chat for help all the time.
Just my thoughts.
And the faction "branches" have better armour and gear as well as guild quests that give high exp from what I read, I could do without the gear, but more daily quests would be nice seeing as grinding/questing gets old after a while seeing as all youre doing is the same thing over and over for a fraction of the exp of a BH. But that's just me.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

if it it true about the cost it would mean faction base would cost about 300-350mill well with an faction with 200members thats not hard to get you just need to know how to make some money thats all0

Its still very stupid.. Unless you got a great faction that are willing to contribute only a handful on each server will ever get it... And why get armor etc? Only one person can get it, probably the leader then when he gets it his wife/husband gets it then they dont bother wasting time on it.. Shouldnt have any armor stuff at all, just 40 vs 40 PvP fights between factions and win something small instead, just for the fun of it. Like everyone put coins in the pot then you get the pot if you win. Sounds more fun imo. Getting 40 vs 40 pvp fights against tons of different factions will be fun, not only be able to fight 3-4 factions, its like TW all over again with 1 faction always winning and its down to being fail like usual...
I will never ever have high hopes for anything that comes in to this game, cause I always end up disappointed.. b:bye[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC] OH really? What a surprise.0 -
