Ukash Australia Problem

Ukash Voucher has 50 dollars in it. Charged 30 dollars(3000ZEN) because I know the US dollar is much more than the Aussie dollar. Successful charge was happyb:victory

Had a quick glimpse knowing that I had around 18 dollars and a few cents left. Decided to charge 10 dollars(1000ZEN) with the amount of money had left. It didn't workb:shocked

Said Ukash declined the payment or something. Sent them an email. Wondered if anybody here knows how I can use the left over money. Or do I have no choice but to combine that 18 dollars and how ever many cents it was to another voucher.

I'm not sure, but it seems like once you redeemed some of the voucher, it is deemed "used". Maybe you should have charged all $50 instead of just a portion of it. Just my guess. Hopefully this issue resolves for you.

Couldn't as US dollar was slightly ahead of the AUD. Issue was resolved by sending an email/customer service from Ukash.

Um.. kind of off-topic, but where the heck did you get Ukash in Australia? I couldn't find it anywhere, despite checking out the shops around my area and the city.
