4 soc on Rank 8

sorry if there is already a thread on this, cause i tried to search for it and got 20 pages of result.....

anyway, what is the % on getting 4 soc on rank 8 gear? cause i tried 20 times now and all 3 soc :(

the worst i know is 32 and still no 4 soc for my friend...

    Some recommend to just get one with max stats and add the last socket to it. Sure its like....20 mill or so to do, but ehh... lol

    90% for 3 soc, 10% for 4 soc. Confirmed from the game files.
    100% F2P player. Started PW: March 2007, Quit PW: March 2011.
