BM or Sin?

i want to choose the character who can lv the fastest and do the most damage and has decent survivability.

Cheaper 5aps, Better survivability, Better stun AOE skills = BM
Most Damage, Best End Game Character (my opinion though), Fastest Leveler (99+), Seems higher desirability in end game squads = Sin

When it comes to cost (assuming you have a level 100 of one of them) around $4k-$5k for sin and a BM not to much cheaper. That will get you 5aps and a pretty good base to farm the rest you need. For all out right away i'd say $8k range (for sin BM cheaper).

Anyone who drops anywhere near $4k - $8k on a free mmorpg either has way to much money for their own good, or needs to re-evaluate their life and priorities.

I would suggest a sin since its cheaper to achieve a higher damage output compared to BMs.

Following would be equips you go for:-

1.) Rank8 Top
2.) Ashura's Bracers
3.) Ashura's Boots
4.) Lion Heart's Belt
5.) Lion Heart's Necklace
6.) Energetic robe - Lunar Glade
7.) Rank 6 Daggers

This would put u at 2.86 base and if you get demon spark you hit 4.0 aps

If you want 5.0 aps, you would need to go for the tome or nirvana/rank9 leggings.

Ok provided youre gonna cash shop all of them, you would roughly need like

1.) 45~50 mils for the Energetic Robe
2.) 10~12 mils for the Bracer's Gold Mats
3.) 20~25 mils for Boot's Gold Mats
4.) 20~25 mils for the Belt's Gold Mats
5.) 10~12 mils for the Necklace'd gold mats
6.) 10~20 mils for the green mats involved
7.) 6 mils for all the subs?

Taking all the high end costs thats a total of 150 mils in coins.

Add in refines and shards youre looking at a good $200 (if you sell gold using the AH)

Now, coming to the rank equipment...if there is a sale like what we had during christmas, it would cost you roughly $70 for acquiring rank8.

So my approximation would be that you might need close to $300 to acquire your 4.0 aps with a sin. With a BM its gonna cost more since you would not have the rank8 chest giving you -0.10 interval.

Is $300 high? I guess it depends.

The developers love sins. They gave them a I win button.

ignoring what yulk just said,

you can get the stuff step by step,
dont cash in everything

you get in squads even with lower aps, and you improve by time
start with the ceaper equips
the more int you have, the faster u will be farming


a BM comes with tons of more survivability due to heavy armor, and when you refine it, you get even more HP at the same rate


the olol-awesome assasins are cash monsters with +8 minimum refines on all armor parts
you can have the same pdef and hp with lower refines on bm, tho less DPS

Well as far as BM vs. Sin is concerned I prefer sins due to the stealth and debuffs. But as far as AoE grinding is concerned I would have to go with seeker. After watching a seeker tank all the pq 60-80 mobs and the boss at the same time....
