Fist/Claw other classes

Ok these days all the servers are full of Fist/Claw Archers, Barbs and Sins. I understand that if the weapon is high refined and they have high aps its very good DD but I REALLY dont understand how can they out damage a BM with the same refines and stuff. For me this means that masteries have no point and the +% damage from masteries is a ****. Explain plsb:surrender

    Because mastery can be made up from other forms of buff such as Archer's fire buff, Barb's attack buff + Posion Fang.

    in short because most bm's are lazy and dont CC
    Gifs are hard to make work here

    well with BM eyes its still not fair lol but nvm :) explain me pls what means CC
