System Requirements

I have been waiting for over a year to play Perfect World, and to upgrade to a better laptop.
I have *finally* gotten a (sorta) better laptop. Problem is, I'm not too sure if it can handle this game.

I have:
*Microsoft XP
*Pentium 4, 2.00 GHz
*512 MB RAM
*Direct X 9.0c
*Mobility Radeon 7500
*32 MB memory

Is this enough to play Perfect World? (on min. requirements.)

    Well uh... Please allow me to be very straightforward. It'll run like ****. Said laptop appears to be at least 7 years old, which is kinda... not good.

    CPU-wise, as the game only supports 1 core, it's fine.
    RAM... It'll choke, hard.
    Video: See RAM.

    And now to clarify. Will it run? Probably yes. Will it run good? No.

    Edit: Requirements page say minimum of 64 MB of Video for Windows XP.

    Mobility Radeon 7500 has only DirectX7 hardware support, PWI requires a graphics card with at least DirectX9 supported via hardware. It might run but with graphics glitches.

    512MB RAM might be enough in starting areas but I wouldn't enter Archosaur west district at your place.

    Older laptops with GeForce6 (insert ATI equivalent here :D) or higher are becoming super cheap novadays. I would upgrade.

    1GB RAM will do under WIndowsXP (2GB would be better). Also a very fast hard drive is recommended (possibly SATA, if ATA than those 160GB will do, they are fast enough).
