I can't update the game

Hi! I dowload the game and i install it, but I can't update it. I try to update it automatically, but i cant. Then i try to update with the manual patch, but I cant. I added exceptions in the firewall for all of the parts of the program. My OS is Windows 7. What can I do?

    i have problems -runtime errors so i reinstalled the game bc it didnt work and now its v402 now and i cant update with manul or auto too.. i thought its bc of the errors but i see that im not the only one with this problem

    I apologize for the experience- everytime you say "can't" could you be more specific as to what happens? Perhaps take a screen shot or provide errors so we may further assist you.

    runtime errors usually occur due to a hardware driver issue. Please open a ticket and attach your dxdiag, with this information we may determine the root issue here.

    Instructions for dxdiag:

    Find out what the model number for your PC is. Check the documentation that came with your PC, or look on the back or bottom of your PC for the model Number.

    Please tell us the manufacturer's name of your system too! (Like HP, Dell, Toshiba, etc.)

    Next, go to Start, click on Run (or Search if using Vista/7), and type in dxdiag and press enter.

    Click on the Display tab, and then attach in your ticket everything in the Device, Drivers, and DirectX Features boxes:

    ok, when i try to update it automatically, apeears a window who says ''try again'' or ''stop updatin''. I press try again but the window appears again. When I try to update it with the manual patch, it said: Update server connection failed Please try other server update. The server is online.

    I dowload other game (Ether Saga Online) and i have the same problem. I think it's a connection problem, but my internet works, and I play online without problems...

    Okay, please open a ticket. In addition to your dxdiag it would help us if you were to send in a trace route from your machine to our servers.

    1) Click on Start > click on Run (or in the Windows Search box)> type in cmd

    2) On this screen type in (exactly as it is typed here): tracert pwieast1.perfectworld.com (You can use any of the IP addresses to our servers that are listed below. Try several.)
    Please note there is a space between "tracert" and "pwieast1.perfectworld.com"

    3) Wait for the traceroute to complete.

    4) Right Click on the window

    5) Select the "Select all" option

    6) Hit "Enter"

    7) You will now be able to paste the text into your reply.

    8) Include in the body of your e-mail what Internet Service Provider you are using and what part of the world you are trying to connect from.
