Unable to do Strange Monument quest

i just hit lvl 40 and i was gonna do the strange monument on my assassin so i went to the elder in City Of Raging Tide and talked to the elder but he dint have the quest for me to do and its a lvl 40 quest why did i not get an dand how do i go about getting it??

    My psych's lvl 42 and I'm not getting it ether. I updated my culti, and I had no prob getting this quest for my wiz, so idk...

    try relogging and see if the elder plays with you then...

    It's the next day, still not on my list... I'm wondering if I didn't do a certain quest or something

    I was looking for it on my quest log, but it never showed. When I went to the elder tho he had it. So I can finally do my quests, hope you get to do it... idk if this helps at all
