I see people all the time riding mounts like hell hound at lvl 20. When i go to the AH i see hellhound and it says requisite lvl 60.

How come? And can i use it if i buy it?

    Theyr spured.

    Cashshop item that makes mounts faster and lowers the lvl req

    They might also be anniversary mounts, which look just like hellhounds but have black/red armor and a blue particle effect. They have a level req. of 10.

    how much do spurs cost in coins and where can they be bought besides the botique?

    how do i filter them in the AH?

    As i remember they were [spur] in AH filter : pet > mount > upgrade (not exact word)
    If you want to convert spur price to coins :
    Press O (oh) while in game it will show boutique window, go to mount = beast > upgrades
    Next check AH gold trading see how much coins people willing to buy or sell for 1 gold.
    Averagely today i think 1 gold is around 850k to 1000k coins . . b:bye
    Finally count gold amount needed for the spur * current price for 1 gold = spur raw price

    It's cheaper to buy mounts that are already spurred, or ones that originally have low lvl requirements. Buying the mount AND the spurs cost way too much.

    how do i buy a pre-spured mount? And is anyone in sanctuary willing to sell me a 10m/s+ mount thats spured for cheap?

    I got my first mount a 11m/s panther for 1 mill but that was before b:shutup

    Hellhound can't be spurred, or at least it says it can't on the description so it must be the anniversary mount you're seeing.

    Not sure if this will work for you or how long you've been playing.

    Every time one of my new characters out levels my other characters (plus my original char) I go here,
    http://pwi.perfectworld.com/2010_anniversary
    and get a new anniversary mount for them.
    So far it's worked twice for me.
