Upload image to an image hosting site:
    tinypic
    imageshack
    photobucket

^ The above are all popular sites to use.

Use the code generated with the uploaded picture. This will typically be url here without the spaces.

Since it has something to do with the topic I ll ask something here too >,<
I tried to make a picture as my sig, but I cant show it because whenever I past the uploaded picture into my signature bar and click on : preview signature itll just say: no BB codes allowed, or PIC allowed or URL allowed. So, how do you guys do this with the signature? b:surrender

It's possible that some people who have signature images haven't updated since last year, and when vBull changes a rule or something, the rule breaking image/etc. will not get changed, and will not be deleted until an admin removes it or the user removes it. (IE: If vBulletin says you can't upload animated avatars now, but you could before, someone before with an animated avatar will not remove their avatar because they don't want to lose the animation abilities.)

After you upload the signature image, you need to put in...

into the signature. If that's turned off, they should really remove the signature image uploader.
