Server issues

I keep trying to log in but right afterward it says that I cant connect to the server. Any ideas as to why?

    "11:00pm PST until 1:00am PST"

    In EST time, it would be 3AM...not 1AM.

    Add +3 hours to PST time to make up for EST time, I think.

    i have a question i havent play perfect world for a long time so im a little lost
    my cousin he download the perfectworld.com.my sumthing the mermaid.....is that different than PWI? Bc when i login it doesnt have the server that i played...and i played dreamweaver...pls help me

    he downloaded the pw-my (malaysia) game - different version - about a year behind pwi and pw-cn.

    you need to download the game by following the link at the top of the page here - that big old button that says DOWNLOAD right in the middle of the page at the top there.. go on click it now...
