like 8 rapture crystals together with a load of DQ items

do GM's replace it?

curious, if do they help us when its all our own fault ? X_X

    Well, most people would say it's your own damned fault and that you should just suck it up, but I've heard of GM's refunding such things before.

    You will have to send a ticket about it anyway though, and you might get your items back depending on the mood the receiving GM is in.

    I remember someone getting their decently refined TT80 weapon back so I guess you still got hope.

    I remember someone in guild getting a tt90 weapon back as well - without refines or shards iirc, but still got it back. That said, I've heard of tons of people who didn't get items restored.

    I trashed a million coins I got from the auction, submitted a ticket and got it back ( nice ). Friend of mine while drunk tried make his bow from +10 to +11 on just mirage . -Didn't get back (fair since did have shot at getting it). Lost lots of rep, xp on C2D glitches (their fault) -no reimbursement (not fair).
    Be kind: Help the GMs to depopulate the servers.

    I never got back 2m coins I dropped to split it with the squad after I submitted a ticket ((it never appeared on ground to pickup)) b:sad After asking questions I already answered in the original ticket all they could say was "Someone must have picked it up just as you dropped it, there is nothing we can do". Even though there's a what? 10-15sec delay on picking up drops.

    Fair to say I've never dropped coins again...

    I always manually sort my backpack before NPCing items. ^_^ Very rarely do I NPC anything on accident that I do not intend to.

    I did, however, NPC some TT70 gear. no biggie, I'll just do some more runs and re-make it. b:chuckle

    I honestly think that if you spend $50+ a week on or maybe $200+ a month on PWI, then they'll happily give you back your items.

    I just recomend that you threaten to ragequit when you submit a ticket.
