accidentally took that quest and lost my trial crossbow... pretty stupid quest considering most archers use this weapon from lv 20+ for a while

    he means that he took the crossbow to General Summers who has a quest to exchange your FB 19 weapon for a newbie charm, op would rather have his weapon back than the charm.

    You can still use the bow you get from your supply stash. That one is still decent.

    use your stash bow and have it as a reminder of what not reading can do to you.

    It's not stupid quest, since it was mean for when you already done with the weapon and going to use a new one. The free charm is quiet nice . .

    Yes, it is pretty stupid. The baby charm isn't worth it.

    IDK about now, but back some time ago, General Summer's claimed you could trade it for a BRONZE charm. Then he gives you the small/newbie charm which is worth like 1/10th what a Bronze is.

    Have they fixed that Typo yet?

    That was the mistake of the OP not reading the quest, instead skipping through the pages. That should be a good lesson and a reminder to at least get the main idea of the quest .-.

    Get the supply stash wep, it's about as good or even better than the trial weapon. Another alternative is to get the legendary bow if you have the money for it. Or, the final alternative is to make your own weapon and hope for a decent 3-star.
