t just got robbed in pwi bidding hall with 169 golds

I entered 169 golds to bid on a variety of things inside the bidding hall and placed on a flyer ticket a max bid of 80 golds with 5 gold increments, the next moment all 169 golds were put in a 1 shot bid in the hall... I immediately opened a support ticket and am still waiting for the response and remedying there of, I'm prity ticked off atm cause I feel like pwi committed day light robbery on 169 golds i had to work my rear end off to earn in real life, I believe the integrity of pwe, and that this is probably just a technical error in the bidding hall, but this... is not acceptable...

Do errors occur often in the bidding hall? cause it didn't even use the max bid or increasement window...

Please if any 1 or even a GM can rectify this I would be so over joyed, 169 bucks is alot...
