Hey hey,

is it true that when you get higher lvl, the drop rate of lower mobs decrease?
Because I got a lvl 61 Veno and I want Hay, to increase pet bag and I know mobs around lvl 20 drop them.
But if I wanna kill them, is the chance to get Hay lower than when I'm killing them with a lvl 20 char?

    Its seems so, but Abyssal Mystery (lvl34) and the Antilopes near Silver Pool (lvl30) drops
    them also.

    Yes, the higher your level relative to the mob, the lower the drop rate. Look here for some tables for how drops (and experience) are calculated based on level difference.
