What all do I need for Rank II gear

Does anyone know what I need to aquire my Rank II gear?

    1000 Reputation and Level 40, if I recall correctly.

    Well I have my 1000 rep and the Rank II badge but have no idea where to get the equipment.

    Oh, the gear. Beside General Summer there should be a guy with a quest icon over his head. Not the "Candy for Reputation" quest guy, the other one. He sells the 3 pieces of Rank 2 gear.

    Actually, no, I don't think so, because I just bought my Rank 4 top there.

    Though, it could be that the available equipment changes at each vendor as one rises in rank. I've no idea. I'll check on my next trip into the game.

    You buy from the Lady beside the Rep guy.You can only buy the necklace at Rank 2

    Rank 1 gear is from the lady next to the commander in chief in Archosaur (level 30 required), rank 2-4 gear is from the lady next to the commander in chief in Dreamweaver Port (level 60 required, level 2 belt, level 3 legs, level 4 top), level 5-7 gear is from a lady next to the commander in chief in Thousand Streams (level 90 required, level 5 belt, level 6 legs, level 7 top), level 8 gear is from another lady next to the commander in chief in Thousand Streams I believe (level 100 required for all pieces, tideborn can get feet and arms as well as belt, top and legs.)
    You can only buy the necklace at Rank 2

    There is no rank necklace.
