Respond on Ticket

hello everyone,

where can I check respond on my ticket if I cant even log on my account on www.perfectworld.com. ? It says: YOur account has been banned.

wtf am I supposed to do so they unban it ?????????

    If they've responded to your ticket you'll have an email. It's a holiday weekend, you won't get an answer until Monday at the earliest. (regardless of the holiday, I'm fairly certain PWI doesn't have weekend support)

    The support site actually has a link for users who've been banned and cannot log in to create a standard support ticket.


    You'll need to send an email with your issue here, and please allow 3-5 days for a GM response.
