I don't get it....

ive been playing pwi for 2 weeks now and ive never had lag, then all of a sudden today my ping skyrockets to 400's and even 800's and my fps hits like 1-5 max i dont get whats going on i never had this happen before, whats going on?

    Lv27.... You probably just walked into archosaur. The place is busy as hell, youl want to put Best Performence on to go near West District without loads of Graphical Lag. As for the ping, 400 ms isnt laggy and 800 isnt too bad, the game is pretty busy considering the amount of people logged to get fashion abd the fact that loads of people are free to play because of no work etc.

    Lag can also come from your IP being pretty busy for the same reason : Everyone is on it.

    Ctrl + F9 turns on and off Best Performence. Dont log off with Best on tho, or youl have to set all your graphics again.

    yes I would guess the culprit is archosuar, or that more people than usual are logging on because of xmas break.

    Seeing how we're both in Ragng Tides server, I can also tell you that our server is especially busy, our population has been "high" for almost a week straight.

    well it happened when i was fighting charr really, not while entering archo cause i know how much of a comp killer west archo is, but its probably xmas break

    The force of arch lag has no boundaries.No really there are a lot of people over in that area killing as well.

    When you reach higher lvls and start to run instances a lot, your ping and fps will also start to go haywire as well. I haven't met a single person who hasn't experienced lag in an FB or TT at some point due to PWIs notorious memory leak problem.
