Is there still a place for low aps BMs at endgame?

My BM is level 98 at the moment and I was wondering if there's still a place for low aps BMs at endgame. My aps is 1.54/2.00 and I don't know if I'm ever going to get much better aps and in case I don't, is there anything for me to do? So far I haven't seen too many Nirvana or TT3-x squads looking for all kinds of DDs.

I've talked to some 100+ pure axe BMs but they don't ever say what is it like to farm as a pure axe BM at endgame. You guys got anything to say about this?

You would still be useful as a pure axe bm with Demon dragons.

When your sage.. well sage pure axe can't really do much. They can solo tt squad mode when sage 5.0, but thats not what your asking.

3.33 aps BM with HF >>> 1.54 aps BM with HF.

If he can get 30m to learn demon HF, I'm pretty sure he can get more than 1.54 aps base.

Hmm... it is true that we have HF but then again, taking a BM just for HFing seems like a waste since you just take someone with way better DD power and HF.

PvP is going to suck with my gears but the necessary PvE stuff will still get done (I don't think I will miss Nirvana/TT much). I got +3'd mold HA stuff with some OHT pieces which has been well enough so far but after 99 people seem to pay more attention to your gears. Even FCC squads are looking for high aps DDs.

After talking to several people, it seems that everyone thinks so. I mean, if you PK with Rank 9 axes, nobody cares if you got fists or not. Vsing. barbs and BMs is not nice with axes but rest of the (badly geared, of course) classes are still somewhat easy to kill, given equal equips. After all, a "pure axe" BM in PK with TT90 will still be able to kill the arcanes with TT90 stuff. I just wish there were more PKers who are 100+ but still with TT90 equips.

Demon HF is too costly for me. With around 9m per try and almost guaranteed coin loss, trying that could easily make me lose my last bit of coins. Atm cube is still somewhat profitable, as long as you are careful with the amount of do-alls you use.

2x drops look nice but since Nirvana isn't option for me yet (and with these equips, probably never) and TT is still the same: you'd have better luck going through cube in first try than actually profiting enough from TT to make it worth the time it takes. Now I don't have any good grinding spot but if I find one I might get some money. 1k legion attacks also profit nicely if you happen to find one.

I'm still going to be the low aps BM I decided to make when I hit 85. Getting a squad is a bit harder but if someone doesn't want to take me then so be it. I just wonder how all other BMs manage to make enough money at high levels.

Well if u are around 80-85 just go in HHs, Frost and dont care too much about your aps imo. Go demon at 89 your spark gives u a speed boost and at 100 with 2.22 and Heavens flame u will find NV squads believe me.

In instances, no I don't see where a BM that is not fist-capable with a developed interval could be more useful than one that is.
    Maybe delta...

In TW however, yes, a Blademaster normally does the nuking (axe tree) and you will probably find yourself using your pole to shoot distant AA/LA targets every now and then.
