[Help!] Best performance problems

Okay, so when I turn on "Best Performance" it looks exactly the same. I adjusted the settings to make the world look nicer but I still can't see hardly any of the characters around me!

Any suggestions? b:thanks

    Go to "System Settings" then go to "UI" and then go put the "distances" and "effects" to max.

    Then you should be able to see everyone. b:pleased

    Adjusting those makes for fun and and annoyance. Its best to just un-select "proxy Visuals".

    When you enable Best Performence, it basically turns on Proxy and minimises them, so things get annoying :/

    Extra note, if you log off / return to char selection with Best Performence enabled, when you go back in, your non-Best Performence Settings will be set like Best. Its stupid, but the devs dont like making things work properly b:surrender
