Heya! I have Windows 7 and when I click on the Start Buttom to run the game appear on the screen an error like very much symbols or wathever.Please is everyone could help me?b:byeb:bye

    I have Windows 7 on one laptop and Windows XP on other, and both run equally same.

    Repatch - see if this helps and if it does not, then verify you do not have missing files.

    I also run as Administrator.

    Hi I have the same problem..

    I upgraded my Windows Vista to Windows 7. (I kinda regret i did..) on my laptop;

    I installed the PWI and I started patching, and it gave me this:

    Its the random symbol problem that occurred to the thread author.



    I know it works on Windows 7 because it works on my desktop, and works well, runs well without a problem.

    This is the first time i've encountered this problem.

    the only message I know of like that is version of directx.

    PWI works just fine on windows7 and on xp.

    I have Direct X 11. That should be the most updated.

    You basically need to update your graphics card.

    Go to Control Panel -> Device Manager (or Hardware and Sound -> Device Manager) -> Twirl down "Display Adapters" and you'll see your graphics card.

    Right click on it and select properties.

    Click on Driver Tab, and click Update Driver.

    Click "Search automatically for updated driver software"


    This should update your driver :DDDDDDDDD

    You'll get prompt to restart the computer which is essential, so go ahead and restart it. Run the game then it should be fine.
