Hey I just wanted to say that it's disgusting to me that this game is homophobic and sexiest.
Why can't same sex characters embrace?
Why can't same sex characters get married?
Why can't a female carry a male?
Why, if someone gets married, does the male have to be leader of the party?


This is just some of the most annoying BS I've seen.

I already know this thread will be filled with responses like "DFGNRTDNB ITS A GAME Y U WANT HOMOS IN IT" or "IT WONT CHANGE ****". Well, if you're not as disgusted by this as me i feel sorry for you, that you'd be that ignorant. Also, to those of you who don't see why same sex love is important in the game i ask you, why is opposite sex love important in the game? Why don't we have none of it?

God, why don't you people try and DO something. Anyway, no matter. Times will change and unless this game does it's going to be flushed down the toilet of tradition, laters!

    I think you are under the illusion that this issue will be dropped lightly, if dropped at all. As if people are going to give up on this. As i said, if they won't change it. It will be a serious impediment to the game's future, population and reputation wise. I highly doubt this sort of blatant homophobia and sexism will be ignored for long.

    This game has been up for many, many years and won't close for a long time more. Also, this issue hasn't and won't be addressed.

    Im not about to start arguing since this topic has been beaten to death 1000 times, but it WONT change. This is a chinese game, with chinese customs. Homosexuality is looked down upon over there. Not to mention, i REALLY dont want the added bugs that get implemented because of the extra coding.

    And before you call me out for being homophobic or something, I am not. I have homosexual family members, and I support them fully in their lifestyles. It will just NEVER happen on this, or any other chinese game, and it is a waste of time, effort, and worn keys to argue it.

    Not really. I work with a lot of "study abroad" students who are mostly Chinese. A lot of what we hear just isn't true. You could say America hates homosexuals because they're supposedly Christians, and once in a while they do kill one here. You could also say that Americans are land thieving, murdering buttholes because some of them are overseas killing people and supporting an illegal occupation / take over of another country like their ancestors did to their own.

    Funny that no one suggests just removing embracing and marriage from the game. Marriage is either religious or legal and both are anti-***. Marriage doesn't exist in reality. It's fiction from religion.

    Sigh...

    During my time playing this game I have seen this issue so many times. Even though I would love for these features to be put in to the game, it just wont happen. Even if same sex embrace, marriage etc. is implemented, it will not be any time in the near future. The fact of the matter is that same sex couples may be looked down upon in China (though Im not sure of the matter) and Im pretty sure that PWE does not want to put up with the negative reaction and controversy from the over zealous religious nuts who would give them trouble. Also people, if you do not like a thread of a subject that has been posted before being put up, then do not even comment on it. There is no need to continue something if you do not want it to continue.
