ticket thing

So I send a ticket by e-mail to customerservice@perfectworldinc.com (asking for reason on my ban ) and they say : go to (a link) and login with your account and you'll be redirected to ticket page so I can't see the ticket because my account IS BANNED FOR NO REASON . I tried with another account (this one - birouamarban) and I can't see changes in ticket page
How can I solve this ??? b:angry

    Be patient and wait for a response. They get a lot of tickets every day and will get to yours eventually.

    ok but the thing is that I CAN'T SEE MY TICKET PAGE BECAUSE :
    1. My account has been banned (this is what i want to solve)
    2. Error: You are not authorized to view this Ticket - I CAN'T SEE IT WITHOUT MY ACCOUNT
    PS : a good GM can unban me (Is Christmas ) ( I swear I DIDN'T USE ANY **** I PLAYED FAIR b:cryb:cryb:cry )

    Make a new account send in a new ticket about your old account. Dont double post.

    Correct me if I'm wrong...

    Isn't it customary for them to send an e-mail to the add your account is registered with telling you about your ban?

    I've never been baned before, but this does make perfect sense to me.

    Also, you don't have to hax to get banned. I had a friend get banned for using some obscene language and bypassing the filter when speaking to someone. They got offended, submitted a ticket, and he got a 3-hour ban.

    Banned accounts are not to be discussed on this forum.

    If your account has been banned create a new account and send a ticket, provide your old account details and information and request assistance. Also, be patient - you're not the only person they're dealing with.
