It should start at lv 10, you should try sending a ticket:

A good moderator should:
- Have the computer skills necessary to handle forum-related tasks (Web skills, basic programming)
- Be patient to handle all sorts of requests
- Be level-headed to keep discussions and some petty squabbles in check.b:cool0 -
Other than that, I highly caution you against using the offers. I know it seems safe coming from an official website, but I'll say by experience, that some of the offers require questionable downloads as well as your email address, so its possible to acquire viruses and spam. There are some safe ones, of course, for instance the Netflix offer, which I took advantage of, but I'm even now, some six months later, getting the worst spam and 'newsletters' in my email, no matter how many times I block them. b:shocked Just be careful! The ones that are actually worth something substantial are probably the safest, though they cost real money, or at least a credit card to charge you if you do not cancel the service after a free trial or something.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
