    I love the part where they pretend to be working and creating new content. Ooo, though they were pretty faithful about the part where they completely ignore their international counterpart.

    What caught my eye was the hand painted models.

    Would love to be able to buy a set.

    Imagine: a complete set of the chars and your favourite mobs, sitting next to your monitor!

    As I've mentioned before, I think the mobs coming in Genesis are particularly gorgeous, and would make cute ornaments.

    I'd probably sneak around my laptop so they don't aggro me, get my friends to come over, then pop hypers and zhen on them :D

    I do digital design on the side and it was nice to see those guys at work. Looking to get my wacom tablet next year so I can up my game.

    I liked the video. Was fun to see all the people involved in the game. I suppose the only critique would be better attention to the matchmoving and integration aspects. Some of the characters had a little of the "Walking on a treadmill" effect going on. Other than that, pretty good.

    I dont know what all the sacrcam is about. To be honest i liked the vid, it really shows how much hard work goes into makeing the content for the game as well as other elements. Alot of times we just rush through killing mobs and rush through doing everything w/out really noticeing the detail invovled.

    True, not every in PWI is perfect but the game is way better than most F2P currently out there in the market. The character customization is still hands down one of the best you'll find out there. There is tons of content that the game has (we just rush past it though). Most of the problems associated with PWI comes from their marketing deptartment(or whoever thought of a good idea to put packs in CS) not the development departement.

    I think PWE should follow their example and do a vid similar to this one.

I guess that takes some work.     I think a lot of hate is misdirected.

    The Devs may work hard to make the content. And sure, they may be the ones who created packs and new fc or whatever...but the real culprit that everyone needs to understand is in control of this is the marketing team.

    They are the ones responsible for the unbelievable sales that have time and time again hit a blow to this game.

    Just wanted to make that clear.

    Anyway, cool vid. I love to see behind the scenes action!

    It appears that a joint motion to dismiss, filed August 3, was granted on August 5 pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(2) (for voluntary dismissal). The case has been dismissed in its entirety with prejudice.

    "Voluntary Dismissal" means the accuser admit that they are wrong and ask the court to drop the case voluntary.

    Under the US law, a plaintiff that seek a voluntary dismissal, is NEVER allow to bring the same charges against the defendant again.

    In other words, this company is admitting to the world they have no case against Perfect World.

    After all, the Tideborn and Earthguard look different to the other classes and they don't have as much customisation anymore

    "Join Motion" = "Both sides agree to dismiss"

    In cases that 'come to a compromise' as you inferred, it is usually "settlement out of court" and the verdict will stated this. High profile example are the BlackBerry case.
