faction icon help please!!

i am the leader of a lvl 3 faction but i go to submit my icon and it will not allow me too its all greyed out i asked i asked pwi support and the only thing i havent done is send in a screenshot to prove that i am a leader of a lvl 3 faction but it doesnt say who i have to turn it into please help me if u can!!!! thanks

    Just reply to the email. Attach screeny and icon. Should be good.

    I get the greyed out areas too. seems to me alot of people arnt getting it to work
