Tideborn Quests

I'm stuck on a quest on my main toon.
The last tideborn quest I did was telling Dizzy that Ormin refused to give her the Lethe potion. I checked the wiki, and after that it says I have to do something about a love crystal, but I never did, and I don't have the option to take it from the elder. It says on the wiki that the quest can disappear from the elder, and I think that's what happened. Is there any way to get it back?
