Suggestions for 99 gear

Hi guys,

So this is my current BM build:

I know, the pdef neck and belt are there and serving me well since 80, and at least for the belt there should be some changes ahead. But that's another story.

Anyway, please post your thoughts on it, it will be mainly a FARM build, no PvP , lightweight TW.
I have limited funds so think about +4 +5 max refines and nothing more than immac shards on gear so don't suggest +10 vit stone and +10 refine. In time with farmed money things will improve, but I want opinions on the first step, which is 99.

    Unless you have a sin...

    Sell both of your p. def orns and replace those with m. def ones and don't go TT99 LA-only. I'd get TT99 HA boots and wrists instead of wrists and pants. Maybe TT90 HA green plate and pants or then Nirvana pants for interval.

    Since you TW, LA orns would just suck. Going half HA/LA might be an option since that wouldn't gimp your m. def due to not having to switch your orns. You could also do that at 99 instead of waiting till 100. My setup would then be: HA top + pants and LA wrists + boots. Of course Nirvana pants would be the best choice.

    Rank 8 chest + pants anyone? :P

    I just realized why. That BM is not his main. I have a feeling that it has something to do with his main and its class...

    Since you have tome, go full heavy build. 99 gold chest/wrist/pants/boots. Just use an OHT elemental neck with a couple of +vit or +hp adds. Or if you want the 5%, get a Swindlers Necklace. Not sure about your server, but the gold mats are way cheaper on Sanct than LC, so depending on prices that would be decent. Demon Slaughter belt until you can get 3rd or 4th map belt to replace it.

    if it's suppose to be a farm alt, why not hit 5.0? if you already sprung for g15 accessories, cv rings, ses and a level 7 tome.. I'm sure hitting 5.0 wont be a huge leap. ._.

    question: why g8? isn't g9 cheaper? and g11 shouldn't be too much more for you, looks like money isn't a factor with that pretty 250m tome :\


    edit: replace the vit stones with hp and i'd say my set is a pretty cheap farm build..

    take into consideration that this is also my main on lost city, i'm far too lazy to go through the hassle of leveling yet another character and gearing it.

    What part of "don't suggest +10 vit stones and +10 refine" wasn't clear for you? I know how to make a god damn char with +10 refines and +10 vit , and if I could afford those I would have rolled a SIN not a BM.

    and why the stupid stereotype with " oh , you have the tome you must be heavy cash shopper" ??
    Some of us got that tome with coins when ppl didn't know the exact value of it. 50 mil for a scroll of tome wasn't a deal to pass on not even in October2009.

    Life don't try to mislead people with your ideas. Your build is utter fail and you are an abomination to blademasters. A cleric can stun better than you. +12 evasion ornaments are useless and every magic class would one shot you. I cannot wait to see you in a Rad TW so I can make you my personal chew toy.

    these are things IN HIS ORIGINAL GOAL. implying he either has them already, or is getting them in the future. if he'll spend this much on simple toys, why would springing for a few cheap pieces of armour be too much?

    Why would you put cv/coa rings on a farming build? Get two bands of heaven's jails (more damage) or two attendance rings and be done with it?

    Next time keep them for yourself, I can leave without your arrogant good for post counting posts. I played a wizard with quite a good success going against every **** you posted on wizard forum and I guess I'll manage my BM at least half that good without your input on BM forum TYVM. Now gtfo my topics for now and future.

    ..when you use 2 pieces of heavy 99, and 2 pieces of light, you get the set effects from both sets.

    that's an additional -.05 interval

    that's why i suggested it so you could hit 5.0

    that's why people who can't afford a 150-250m tome do it

    read my suggestion, dumb ****. there's no nirvana, vit stones, or +10 refines. i posted a calc of MY WR saying that the armour itself is a good farm alt set. l2read.

    save 100m or more and get the heaven's fragrance, it's glitched and gives -3%

    dude, you're so full of **** is not even funny.
    Capped at 4 aps? Invest hundreds of milions in farm char? no idiot, I don't invest, I have that gear, no need to buy it, why not use it. Chan tome on wizard? I don't give a flying poo about -3 channel on a wizard unless I have another 60% already on it. Crit kills, channel tickle very fast until you have enough to glitch it.
    And the LA/HA combo, well you still think I or any other decent player doesn't know that? I asked for a first step - which means frorm 3.33 to 4 ~ advice, the best combos and best def for farming that could be mustered from the given build at 4 aps.
    For God's sake, your stupidity is so intense is even creating forum lag.
