so some1 nows my password cant change my password cause i forgot my secret word now what do i do?=/

    retired 11/11/2009 cause of packs. came back 8 months later just to realise it got worse. retired second time 10/11/2010.

    I had the same problem awhile ago, and i forgot my security question answer too. I just went on my email with the account and emailed pwi (i forgot the email for pwi) and after a few replys took 1-2 hours and i got my security question answer and changed my password and was happy. b:victory

    I would like to change my password for my pwi account but i forgot the security answer and the system doesn't let me change it.
    Please let them help because my password and everything were broken open that the was at me reject.please help me, dared so very bad and I am afraid when they step onto my character again in order for everything to be taken away again.
    i tried to write my problem to the costumerservice, but they didnt write me back yet. I dont really no who i should contact with.

    hmm, maybe its just taking time. It took some time for a responce back from them for when i emailed them. Are you emailing them from the accounts email?

    I received an email then when I wrote it onto the forum, but I received a link like that, Where he asks the answer likewise onto the safety question.for who and where I would be able to write, how he should manage to modify my password?I am afraid that it enters again who broke it open!help!!
