    You know in most games there always a tip for avoiding scammers: Read carefully, don't trust "strangers", and use common sense. Anyways sadly your friend did a gullible move and will hopefully learn from it because many people will try to "jip" (scam/whatever) you.

    Just yesterday somebody was saying i should trade my 11m/s 20 gold mount for his 5 gold 9m/s mount b:surrender i slightly laughed and said no xD.

    Anyways I don't think your going to get your stuff back but you can try and report :S. Because your friend did trade for you (even though you said not to) and you have 2 chances to back out of a trade when you open the trade window so..

    I once remember a nice spam wc drama. What happened was that a person traded his mount to another person who claimed that he is a GM and will make his mount go faster. The worst thing was that the mount was at max speed already...b:surrender

    Sorry, but that still doesn't make anyone an idiot, they behaved foolishly perhaps (note the difference "behaved foolish", is "an idiot" one is focused on what they did the other is just being mean and attacking the person. ). They behaved foolishly once in their gaming life and people want to brand them with the words "idiot for life" and its completely unnecessary, for so many reasons. Besides I've been told things by my sister but I don't always listen, depending on how strongly she conveyed or warning it may or may not be good enough to make a difference. People don't always listen and it hardly makes them an idiot. Should he of listened? Yes. But that's nether here, nor there he gave the person the benefit of the doubt did it anyway and now realizes his mistake. He knows better for next time already and if he learns his lesson he is not an idiot. For much like a fool a true idiot will never listen to the wise counsel of others and do stupid things any way (as a habit again note that word ). So if he doesn't do stuff like this habitually after this mistake then he is certainly not an idiot, if he does habitually do these kinds of things especially after the posts here then yes, then I'll agree he's an idiot. Till then he doesn't deserve nor has asked for that title.

    Something like that happened to one guy from my friends list.
    He dropped his TB wings to someone for a dumb reason wich i still dont understand, and yeah,she took it and ran away.
    Only thing you can do about this stuff is to turn your brain on and dont trust to random ppl.
    I do understand your friend is a newbie and doesn't know about game alot, but tell him to think about stuff he does and to keep his eyes open when it comes to things like this. There are nice guys out there, but, there are ppl like this who took his stuff. It's how it goes.
    Hope your friend replaces stuff he lost

    You friend should play this game like it's real life. You should never trust anyone you have not known for years. Expecially not some who don't live close enough for you to walk or drive over to their house and make them pay.

    well, it's not like it's *impossible* for a mount to run faster than max speed.
    but why would a GM do that and why would he need the mount? :b

    So this cute lil veno was wandering around north arch after a night out at the club. She keeps getting this red spam that seems like made up words but everything is all right. Next thing she knows this creepy sin is making out with her saying the most perverted things. And that's what I thought this thread was about...
