    ... So there actually are people who try to impersonate the staff.

    That's a surprise, considering that if you get PWI related mail, it's from "GM". Which not only is the special /whisper for GMs, but it also breaks the character naming rules.

    Oh, and the GMs on the Billing department can see your zen logs without having your password.

    And those three are not just PWI-specific, but they're pretty common in other similar games.
    I am Olba. Not Ol, not Baze nor Blaze. And even less would I go by Olblaze. Please, take a second to read a person's username.
