i was just wondering. wats the best charcacter to start off with for a newb to say be a decent pvp competitor and also a decent pve.. i'm new havnt even created a dood yet. also i'm wondering wat class lvls the fastest and does the best at being el super strong and wat i wud have to do and where to put my stats so i can be a badass ;)

    Make an assassin.
    1 STR, 4 DEX every level.

    Max out stealth, stuns, detection skills and stealth related skills.

    Run around in stealth until you find a target and do some skills until they're dead, then jump back into stealth.
    Simple as that.

    QQ If i did Crazy stone at 3x AND not 6x, i had been lvl 105 now!
    Didnt know about Bh/CrazyStone before lvl 6x LOL

    I'm a sin as a main, and the little PvP I've done has been easy, but that char is on a PvE server, so I don't have too much experience leveling up in PK mode as a sin.

    On the other hand, I've rolled a barb on Lost City, and as for low level PK, I'm absolutely loving it. I haven't died at all to anyone my level, and more often than not people can't get away because of tiger form's speed. And as for high level attacks... I've survived a 6x trying to kill me thanks to my HP and speed (ran away, ofc), and can get away from anyone who seems like they're hunting me down.
    (I've been doing 3 str, 1 vit, 1 dex per level for decent accuracy early on, capping dex later.)
    As for PvE, until "omg everyone has -interval and 5 aps" type endgame, barbs are a necessity in squads, so you'll feel needed. b:cute

    Archers are good for picking off robe classes though. Magic classes hurt heavy armors bad. b:surrender

    cough* Seekers will hit hella hard and what i've heard is that they can see sins in stealth.
    AP classes are a real butt pounding...

    I would say the opinions you'll get in this thread will vary are biased. If you're really looking for your preferred class, I suggest you try them all out. It may be time consuming to level so many of characters, but its better to get your first person point of view on all of the classes skills and abilities.

    venomancers can do very well as long as you have flesh ream,

    barbarians can win just by sheer force of will,

    archers have a really high damage and plenty of stuns/slows to kite with

    the tideborn classes just murderize in every way possible, and ways you didn't think were possible

    take your pick

    Too true.... Hence why I madea PSY the day five of us got slaughterd by two to figure out how the heck they did that.... (one in my group started the entire mess when we were nearby thinking they were easy prey)...
