Can't find Tideborn Quest

I am lvl 60 now, and wanted to go run the tideborn chain but the elder of my race doesnt have the quest for me to start the chain, i also went to the pillar, which doesnt have anything either. Anyone has any idea what i can do to get it ?:) b:thanks

    Are you sure you didn't do part of it already? I'm guessing since it was available to you since you were level 40 you might have done some of it and forgotten about it. If you did, check the Tidal Protection Charm Quest article in the wiki, and see if you're at somewhere in that list of quests.

    nope i checked all the npc's i pass on the chain, i checked if i may had the scroll at my bank, i even checked account stash, but the quest is no-where :( it can't have anything to do with my lvl either tough, cause i did the chain on my veno when she was around 80 either
