Rank 9 Weapons.... le sigh...

So after looking into the Rank 9 gear and playing around with the PWI Database and PWI Calc... I realized that the Rank 9 weapons refines worse then my G15 Nirvana Magic Sword.
Now my Sandy World Sword does have +20 attack level, it is +10 with 2 Icebournes.
Refining the Rank 9 Magic Sword (Wizard) +10 with 2 Icebournes doesnt even compare :/

Am I wrong?

    Note : pwicalc stat on r9 magic sword is wrong like 200 off

    the rite stat is 1275-1559 not 1000-1275

    Also wen you get the whole set of r9 u get a total of +60 att lvl and +23 def lvl b:byenirvana cant compare to that ^^

    i checked the refinement rate on pwi databse :p but not the actual base magic attack

    It's all about the set bonuses... The set bonuses make it way better, but IMO PW just gives people more incentive to spend for the entire set... b:surrender

    The funny thing is that even the armor (in comparing arcane) is roughly the same refines. At +7 the Rank 9 Pants give only +20 more HP then 2nd Cast Nirvana Lunar Pants. The only real difference is the slight hp refine and the 2% Crit over the Channeling and the Vit instead of the magic. Even the elemental resistance is the same at +1795. Seems the weapons and the actual bonuses for the set is the only "real" incentive and even the the weapons are thought-provoking for the price.

    Not the one I saw unless you are thinking of the top. I was referring to the pants specifically. I have to admit though the armor looks really nice.
