When I played my cleric, I liked having Earthquake. It knocks attackers back. However, it does have an area effect so using it can sometimes agg other mobs around. But not as bad as Tangling Mire does.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0

I was thinking about earthquick but like you said it attacks multiple mobs.

I would say Holy Path, Tree of Protection and/or Second Wind, and definetly Absolute Domain.
Useful on PvE and PvPSliding we go, only fear on our side. To the edge of the wire and we rush with the tide.

Holy Path because Clerics are slow. :P Should get it for BH69 and up, and definitely for FCC.
A heal skill - I prefer Second Wind on a STR genie because it heals up 75% of my whole HP. A must for FCC for the 'bubble boss' and is a good life saver in dangerous situations.
I also like Cloud Eruption for fast chi if I need for BB (good for FCC).
Don't get genie attacks, you should be able to kill most mobs with only Plume-Cyclone combo. xD

Yeh the main skills that I use on my genie are Holy Path, Absolute Domain, Tree of Protection and Cloud Eruption. I also have Adrenaline Surge just for **** and giggles to BB through the nightmare boss in FC while someone lures the mobs. It's also useful when timed right while pvp-ing certain sins and other clerics. Genie attacks just can't compare to your own attacks, so I personally see them

I go for Second wind first off. Absolute Domain, Rainbow Blessing, and... I think I only have 3 on my cleric right now.
Rainbow Blessing can help some lower level Barbs/BM's/Sins hold aggro during instances a little easier, plus you can use it to increase (very mildly) their DD while you're in BB. I've nuked the stamina on my genie twice now just using that skill. @__@101 Sage Sin*/Archer

If you plan on doing rebirth or pvp, Expel might be a skill you'd want on your genie as well. Cloud Eruption comes in handy in alot of situations (FC, Lunar, basically everywhere you have to BB alot). Holy Path is a must on cleric, if possible get enough Vit, so that you can use it 2x in a row. Absolute Domain is one of my favourite genie skills, can save your whole squad in hairy situations (and even more important, your own butt xD).
Also I kept Earthflame on my PvE genie, just because everyone else usually deletes it b:cry
Never had a healing skill on my genies, wouldn't know what for (I'm a cleric after all), it could help you in FC tho, especially when you just start running it.
I had Rainbow Blessing up to some point, deleted it to get Expel tho. Still a nice skill to consider.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

As far as cleric genie skills go, I keep most of them on a single Zeal.
1) Earthflame - I used it to lure mobs while grinding so I don't get overwhelmed. Handy for solo work, although I don't recommend luring bosses with it when you're squishy.
2) Holy Path - Clerics are slow. This is how we deal with it. The need for holy path starts at around bh39... lots of walking, especially when you don't have the bosses stacked!
3) Absolute Domain - Absolute lifesaver... saved my butt countless times in TW. If I get attacked while it's in cooldown, I usually end up dead. Plus, there are other PvE uses for it as well.

4) Tree of Protection - I used to have second wind, but I switched to Tree of protection because it heals for more hp, and because you can either go dex or strength on your genie to improve the skill. Life-saver... I also use it a lot when I'm too lazy to heal myself.
5) Cloud Eruption - Sage spark + cloud eruption = no potting when grinding. Not to mention that it's useful in FCC, TT, among other instances for restoring chi in preparation for BB, or to spark for mana. Useful for cutting MP costs. I was hesitant to get it but now my cleric is mostly dependant on it to cut mana costs.
6) Extreme Poison - I loved this skill. If you want a boss to die faster, spam this on him while you're in BB. Make sure you have some magic and dex to make it more effective. Yes, it does seem more like a DD skill, but it does allow BBing clerics to contribute to the DD in a way.Syredrae ~ lvl 100 Cleric (main character)
