Where do I make Rank Gear?

I always see ppl talking about it, its the next big thing lol.

Where do I make the gear, NPC, Area or Location would be great ty b:thanks

    Lowest rank gear is the NPC next to commander in chief in South Archosaur. I think it's Chun Hua or w/e. Rank 4 is Dreamweaver next to command in chief by docks. Higher ranks are at 1K streams near elder on the wall next to commander in chief.

    Up to rank 8, it's bought, not made (except the rings, which are awarded along with the appropriate rank in exchange for the next rank lower ring when you have enough reputation and level. You need the ring/rank before getting the other gear.)

    Rank 1 (300 rep/level 30 required) - Ring from Commander in Chief, Belt/Top/Legs from NPC next to Commander in Chief in Archosaur

    Rank 2 (1000 rep/level 40 required for ring, 60 for belt)/Rank 3 (2500 rep/level 50 required for ring, 60 for legs)/Rank 4 (5000 rep/level 60 required for ring & top) Ring from Commander in Chief, Belt/Top/Legs from NPC next to Commander in Chief in Dreamweaver Port

    Rank 5 (10000 rep/level 70 required for ring, 90 for belt)/Rank 6 (35000 rep/level 80 for ring, 90 for legs)/Rank 7 (100000 rep/level 90 for ring and top) Ring from Commander in Chief, Top/Legs/Belt from NPC next to Commander in Chief in Thousand Streams (? Pretty sure, don't have a char with high enough to get the rank gear yet, and only one with the rank 5 ring)

    Rank 8 (200000 rep/level 100 required) Ring from Commander in Chief, Belt/Top/Legs (also Feet and Arms for Tideborn) from NPC next to Commander in Chief in Thousand Streams (? Guessing here.)

    Rank 9 (level 101 required) Made from General Summer's Tokens and Medals of Honor, where I have no idea. (General Summer will give you the tokens for 9999 Mysterious Chips.)

    Well, mentioning the Sage weapon is a bad, bad thing to do. Because it's not actual Rank gear. It just requires Rank VI.
